The Black Dragon Theme

Installation Instructions:

You need to have Windows 95 (with Plus!) or Windows98/NT/ME/2000 (some OS may need theme managing software installed). Wallpaper is best viewed at 800x600 resolution.

Some files are zipped, so you'll need winzip or a similar application to unzip them.  Inside you will find the theme in a self-installing package.

Double click on the "theme_name.exe" file after it's downloaded. The file will automatically unpack in to C:\Program Files\PLUS!\Themes. 

After it's installed,  open your Properties panel by right-clicking on an empty spot on your desktop.

Next, select the Themes tab.

Then, select  the theme's name and click OK.

There's a read me file included (it will be in your C:\Program Files\PLUS!\Themes file after you double click on the exe file), so don't worry about remembering all this!
